I’m Ashleigh and I’m from North East England. I’ve lived here all my life and I guess it’s not too bad! I currently own an American themed Ice Cream Parlour! I worked here when I was studying at college and also in between other jobs. In 2016 the previous owner decided it was the end of the road and asked if I’d be interested in carrying the business on and here we are, into our 3rd year! It hasn’t been easy but owning a business never is!
I live at home with my parents and our dachshund, George. My baby! We recently moved house, nearer to my shop which is nearer the coast. We’re content here even though it was a big thing for all of us but it’s nice. The move has made me more motivated to get things done that I’ve always wanted to do.
I haven’t really had a hobby whilst running the ice cream parlour as you can imagine, it’s very time consuming! I love it though but think I need something else to keep me going so here I am, pursing my love for photography and creating a blog! What you will see here is me practicing and building my skills as a little side hobby while I run my business 😊.
